Amulet Pharmaceuticals, Inc is an early stage biotechnology company focused on developing safer and more effective high-value drugs by engineering nitric oxide release into well-established, commercially successful therapeutics with known efficacy and safety profiles.Founded in 2001, Amulet developed its own intellectual property and began to license or sell its intellectual property into well defined market segments. This led to the acquisition of NORTECH™ into the medical sterilization market in 2004. Additional equity investment in 2006 led to the development of our lead compound AMU-301 for the treatment of diabetic and idiopathic gastroparesis.

Amulet Pharmaceuticals, Inc’s intellectual property covering is unencumbered and covers composition-of–matter claims for a wide range of nitric oxide delivery based compositions, including AMU-301. Our technology “NORTECH™” has a long patent life and is protected by a portfolio of international and U.S. patent applications.
